1. Organiser

The campaign is organised by POP MART UK LIMITED ("POP MART"), headquartered in London, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

The campaign is open to independent artists, illustrators, 3D designers, and visual creators aged 18 or above. Employees of POP MART, its affiliates, partners, or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

To enter the campaign, participants must complete the official submission form provided on the POP MY ART official website, or through approved partner channel, Behance. All required information (e.g., portfolio link, artist introduction, work description) must be included. Only complete and valid submissions received before the stated deadline will be considered.

4. Submission Requirements

Submitted works must be original creations owned by the artist and free from any third-party rights, claims, or restrictions. Submissions must not include content that is offensive, unlawful, or contrary to POP MART's brand values (including but not limited to depictions of violence, pornography, political or religious extremism). POP MART reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements. By submitting, you represent and warrant that your work does not infringe any third-party rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights).

5. Intellectual Property

Artists retain full ownership of their submitted work. By entering the campaign, artists grant POP MART a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the submitted materials for the purposes of evaluating entries, conducting the campaign, promotional communications, and showcasing shortlisted artists. Any further commercial use, licensing, or collaboration beyond these purposes will only proceed under a separate written agreement between the artist and POP MART.

6. Selection Process

Entries will be reviewed by POP MART's internal teams based on originality, creative scalability, style compatibility, and commercial potential. Shortlisted artists may be contacted for further interviews or invited to enter discussions for potential collaborations, licensing opportunities with POP MART. Participation in the campaign does not guarantee commercial collaboration or financial compensation unless otherwise agreed in a subsequent agreement. POP MART's selection decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

7. Data Protection

All personal data and submitted materials will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, as well as other applicable data protection laws in the countries where the campaign is accessible. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to such processing.

8. Liability

POP MART shall not be held responsible for any technical failures, submission errors, or issues beyond its reasonable control. POP MART does not accept liability for any claims relating to copyright infringement if the submitted work breaches third-party rights. Artists are solely responsible for ensuring their submissions are original and compliant with applicable laws.

9. Modification & Termination

POP MART reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory requirements, or business needs. Any changes will be communicated via POP MART's official channels or POP MY ART event team.
