1. Your purchase and unboxing signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Once product details are disclosed online, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unnecessarily. If an item is damaged, please contact Customer Support within 5 business days of delivery and request a replacement according to their instructions.
2. For blind box purchases, you must select manual delivery. Orders over 1,000 THB qualify for free postal delivery (excluding items priced at 0 THB). Orders under 1,000 THB have a 35 THB shipping fee. Your items will be held for 5 days awaiting delivery. If you do not select manual delivery after 5 days, we will automatically ship to your default address.
3. This product is not permitted for purchase by minors.
4. In case of undeliverable items due to incorrect address information, no returns or refunds will be issued.
