1. Shipping Fees
Regular Orders
0kg – 0.15kg: £2 (≈ 1 Blind Box)
0.15kg – 0.65kg: £4 (≈ 2–4 Blind Boxes)
0.65kg – 1.65kg: £6 (≈ 5–11 Blind Boxes)
1.65kg and above: Free Shipping (≈ 12 Blind Boxes or more)
POP NOW Orders
POP NOW shipping costs £3.99, with free shipping on POP NOW shipments of £30 or more.
Please note: POP NOW items are shipped separately from regular orders and cannot be combined with regular purchases to meet the free shipping threshold.
2. POP NOW Shipping
Unboxed POP NOW items will be stored in 'My Cabinet', allowing you to choose when you would like them to be dispatched.
If unboxed POP NOW item(s) are not dispatched within 30 days, they will be automatically shipped to your default delivery address.
POP NOW items are shipped separately from regular orders.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 2–3 working days via Evri or Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.
Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Abnormal weather conditions, emergencies at the warehouse, or other facilities
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations where standard delivery times may be longer than on the mainland
- Other circumstances beyond POP MART’s control

POP NOW shipping costs £3.99. Shipping is free when the value of the POP NOW items being dispatched is £30 or more.
POP NOW items are shipped separately from regular orders, so regular purchases cannot be combined with POP NOW items to reach the £35 free shipping threshold.
Q: Can POP NOW items be shipped with my regular order?
No. POP NOW items are shipped separately from regular orders.
Q: When will my POP NOW items be shipped?
You can choose when to dispatch unboxed POP NOW items stored in your BOX HOUSE.
If your unboxed POP NOW item(s) are not dispatched within 30 days, they will be automatically shipped to your default address.
Q: When will my regular order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification by email.
Q: Are there regions with slower delivery times?
Yes, deliveries to the following postcodes and regions may take longer:
