What is POP NOW?
POP NOW brings the excitement of unboxing online. Choose your box, obtain hints and unbox in real time. Your unboxed collectibles will be stored in your virtual cabinet, ready to be shipped whenever you're ready.
How To Play
1. Choose a Blind Box Series
Choose a product you'd like to purchase through the POP NOW feature, either from the POP NOW series listings, or any product page that supports the POP NOW mechanism.
2.Pick a Box
Once you land on the product's POP NOW page, you can see all available 'sets' and 'boxes'. Scroll down to view all the possible styles/characters that could be inside. Pick a set you like, then choose your box, then get ready for a hint or two!
3. Guess What's Inside
Our Shake & Guess feature gives you hints about what's not inside the box, helping you narrow down your guess.
4.Time to Unbox
Complete your purchase, then unbox immediately to reveal which character you've got.
Hot Tips:
Lucky Points: Complete daily tasks to earn Lucky Points, which can be redeemed for Hint Card(s).
Avoid Duplicates: Don't want to unbox duplicate characters/items? Purchase a full set and items within the same set are guaranteed to be unique.
Gift a Blind Box: Want to unbox a blind box for a friend? Simply ship the item from your 'My Cabinet' to your friend's address.
Payment & Delivery
1. Your picked POP NOW box(es) will be reserved for 5 minutes. Complete your purchase within this window to unlock the unboxing.
2. Once unboxed, your item is automatically saved to your virtual cabinet (Account - My Cabinet), where you can view it anytime.
3. When you're ready, select your item(s) in My Cabinet and tap 'Ship Now' to send them to your chosen address. Shipping fees are calculated at the dispatch step, and a free shipping threshold applies.
Please note: If unboxed POP NOW item(s) are not dispatched within 30 days, they will be automatically shipped to your default address.
