[Order Confirmation]

When you click the “Confirm Order” button, an email will be sent to confirm receipt of your order. The contract for the purchase of the product is formed when we send an email notifying you that the product has been shipped.

Please note that for orders placed during events, as well as for products with special instructions (such as POPNOW), you must check the product page for details regarding the application period, payment deadlines, and other information.

[Product Returns and Cancellations]

Immediately after placing an order, you can cancel it via the “My Account” > ‘Pending’ > “View Details” screen. Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept order cancellations once our system has begun the shipping process. In such cases, please contact Customer Service. For more details, please refer to the “Returns and Cancellation Policy” posted at the bottom of this website. Additionally, for products with special cancellation or return conditions, please also check the product details page.

By placing an order, you agree to the “Privacy Policy” and “Terms of Use” posted at the bottom of this website.
