Kasing Lung
Kasing Lung은 1972년 중국 홍콩에서 태어나 이후 부모님과 함께 네덜란드로 이민했습니다.
최근에는 벨기에와 중국 홍콩을 오가며 활동하고 있습니다.
학업을 마친 후 그는 아동 그림책 창작에 전념했으며,
유럽 그림책 공모전에서 수상한 최초의 중국인 아티스트가 되었습니다.
2011년에는 홍콩의 유명 디자이너 토이 브랜드인 'How2work'와 협업을 시작하며,
자신의 일러스트레이션을 3차원 아트 토이로 선보이기 시작했습니다.

THE MONSTERS：In 2015, artist Kasing Lung brought to life the iconic character LABUBU and its enchanting fairy world, turning years of his conceptual artwork into a series of picture books: "The Story of Puca," "Pato and the Girl," and "Miró's Requiem." Each book stands as an independent narrative within this collection. Together, these works are known as "The Monsters Trilogy." Each character behind Kasing Lung's imagination possesses a unique appearance and personality, and has gradually evolved into Kasing's most recognized characters - THE MONSTERS.LABUBU：LABUBU is an elf character created by artist Kasing Lung, originating from the picture book "The Story of Puca." LABUBU resides in the forest, standing at a height about the size of a cat and belongs to a troupe of around a hundred elves. LABUBU are whimsical and curious about everything. Despite being playful and cheeky, LABUBU is optimistic and kind-hearted. Nobody knows when LABUBU was born; they are believed to be ancient creatures that have been living carefree lives in the forest, possibly even predating the Jurassic era.

LABUBU is a tribe of over 100 elves living in the forest. They're easy to spot with their nine teeth and pointy ears. Full of curiosity, they are mischievous yet kind at heart. Though their boundless energy may sometimes cause a bit of trouble for friends, they always bring endless joy and laughter to those around them!
LABUBU FRECKLES is a member of the LABUBU elves. Like all LABUBUs, she has nine teeth and upright pointed ears, but her most distinctive feature is the freckles on her cheeks. One day, by chance, she encountered TYCOCO, who had wandered into the LABUBU village — and from that moment on, their mischievous yet loving couple life began.
