Event Period: Oct 9, 10:00 - Oct 11, 23:59 (UTC+8) LUCKY MOMENT is an online surprise bag experience. After paying a uniform price, the system randomly reveals one item (not a POP NOW product), which is then stored at Box-House. Please check the detail page for more information before purchasing.
1. Blind box purchases involve random product assortment. The specific style will only be revealed once the online unboxing is completed. Blind box products are not eligible for unconditional returns. If you receive any defective items, please contact customer support.
2. Orders with special shipping instructions will be delivered according to the specified schedule. For detailed POP NOW shipping rules, please refer to Shipping Rates & Policies.
3. Minor Consumer Rules: All blind box purchasing activities require parental consent and must be conducted under guardian supervision.
4. Both single-box and full-set orders will be shipped in individually sealed packages.
5. Please ensure your delivery address can receive packages normally. In the event of logistics disruptions caused by force majeure, we will resume shipment delivery once logistics services are restored.
6. Items that have been online-unboxed are non-refundable. Due to the unique random nature of blind box products, please carefully review our after-sales policy before purchasing.
